Roster Completion - Due May 1st

The process for managing your team roster for onsite competition this June has changed!

Previously the management functionality lived on sae.org under the team profile page. For this season, the process has migrated over to autodrivechallenge.com.


To complete this for yourself/your team:

  1. Login to autodrivechallenge.com
  2. Navigate to the 'Registration Dashboard" on your menu links list.
  3. Click 'Manage Roster.'
  4. Captains/Advisors mark who is attending physically onsite in June
  5. Have all attending team members (members, captains and advisors) fill out the required Attendee Details area
  6. Once all team members attending are marked attending and all attendee detail buttons are reflecting green, your roster may be printed, signed and brought onsite in June.

Important Notes:


  • Captain/Advisor Ability: From that point on Team Captains/Advisors have the ability to mark an individual as attending the competition (or not). They will not however have the ability to fill out the Attendee Details area of this section for each member that will be onsite.
  • Important - Action Required by ALL: Each individual team member will need to login to fill out this portion on their own account to be fully compliant. Due to data protection laws, you will only be able to fill out "Attendee Details" under your own name/account.
  • Roster Completion Deadline: SAE is requiring that these rosters be completed digitally ahead of time by 11:59:59 PM ET on May 1st.
  • SAE Memberhsip Requirement: Friendly reminder that an active SAE Membership is required per the rules for participation within the competition. The new system has a step built into the process to validate membership status to your SAE.org account to ensure compliance of this rule.
  • Auto Generated Emails: The system will be sending you an auto-generated email on this May 1st deadline sometime within the next few days, so keep an eye out for that as a reminder to complete the process.
