Hello everyone,

The simulation challenge midpoint check-in will happen on Nov 15th to ensure all teams are on track with their simulation challenge progress and to provide an opportunity for feedback on how your team is performing for the final simulation challenge in February. Please select your top three available time slots (first come, first served) before November 7th at this Google form. We will send out the meeting calendar invite by November 11th, or reach out to you if the time slots you chose have all been taken.

During the midpoint check-in, each team will have roughly 15 minutes to cover the following questions in the order teams choose:

• Progress towards Y4 simulation challenge as a whole
• Progress update for each section of Y4 challenge
• Are you able to follow the webinar tutorial to build your own model?
• Did you look at Y4 simulation challenge scorecard and EOD?
• Are you facing any simulation or tools related challenges that is impeding progress?
• Intertwined with a 15-minute Q&A session. If you have more questions, you can allocate less time for your presentation to allow for more Q&A.
