It is extremely important that teams participating in AutoDrive Challenge II build out their rosters at sae.org ASAP. We need each team to have their rosters finalized at your earliest convenience so that we can ensure proper communication is happening to all appropriate parties. All team members and faculty MUST be on the Fast Track Roster at sae.org no later than two weeks prior to on-site competition. However, the earlier you can get onto your roster, the better!

It is also extremely important that team members download the mobile app ASAP as well so that you can be the first to receive updates and important news that we share.

To populate your roster at sae.org, please follow the steps below. For a more detailed explanation of the steps, please download the document titled 'Fast Track Roster Affiliation 'How-To' Guide' from your Series Resources page. This guide can be found within the SAE > Handbooks & Guidelines folders.

How-to Populate SAE.org roster:

1. ensure that you have an up to date SAE student membership per the rules
2. once you have an active membership, login to your account at sae.org
3. navigate to the AutoDrive Challenge II page
4. click the 'Profile' tab
5. click your team's name
6. add yourself to your team's Fast Track Roster with your SAE #
